Our Legacy
First Coast Legacy Law is a veteran-owned, family-managed, faith-centered firm located on Amelia Island, in Florida's historic First Coast. Heather Houseal is a Nassau County native and licensed Florida attorney, who manages the firm with her husband Tom. As parents of three young children and small business owners in a rapidly growing environment, Heather and Tom want to ensure their neighbors are equipped to handle life's unexpected challenges. The growing needs of aging seniors, divorcing or widowed individuals, young families, and small business owners drives their mission to help everyday individuals and families define and protect their legacy for generations to come.
