The below prices reflect basic estate planning packages common for most clients based on the time required to draft, review, prepare, and execute your legacy documents. During your initial consultation, we will discuss the type of plan necessary to meet your needs and goals. You will receive an engagement agreement that outlines the work we will draft for you and what you can expect for your investment, so you can leave your legacy confidently.
Initial Consultation
Free 1 hour consultation
Simple Will Package
Starts at $1,500 (individual) and $2,500 (couple)
Package includes: Will, Personal Property Memorandum, Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate and Living Will
Revocable Living Trust Package
Starts at $2,800 (individual) and $3,800 (couple)
Package includes: Revocable Living Trust, Certificate of Trust, Pour-Over Will,
Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, Living Will, Personal Property Affidavit and one Quit Claim Deed
Deeds
$500, plus recording costs (typically $20)
Probate
Billed at an hourly rate of $300.
