Pricing for Common Estate Plans
At First Coast Legacy Law we want you to know the value of our services and be confident in the investment you are making when you build your legacy with us. We desire to make our pricing clear and straightforward, with no surprises or unexpected fees. The below prices reflect basic estate planning packages common for most clients based on the time required to draft, review, prepare, and execute your legacy documents. During your initial consultation, we will discuss the type of plan necessary to meet your needs and goals. You will receive an engagement agreement that outlines the work we will draft for you and what you can expect for your investment, so you can leave your legacy confidently.
Initial Consultation
$300
Simple Will Package
Starts at $1,500 (individual) and $2,500 (couple)
Package includes: Will, Personal Property Memorandum, Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate and Living Will
Revocable Living Trust Package
Starts at $2,500 (individual) and $3,500 (couple)
Package includes: Revocable Living Trust, Certificate of Trust, Pour-Over Will,
Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, Living Will, Personal Property Affidavit and one Quit Claim Deed
Deeds
Probate
$500, plus recording costs
Starts at $3,000, plus court fees and costs, up to 3% of the value of the estate for estates up to $1,000,000. Percentages vary for estates over $1,000,000 in accordance with the State of Florida's determination of what is considered reasonable fees. The State of Florida authorizes extraordinary fees for more complex administration issues that may arise. All probates fees are negotiable.
